As per Reports Coming; BSP, SP & BJP Leaders Helped Vikas Dubey to Escape

After encounter case in Kanpur; Dreaded gangster Vikas Dubey escaped after killing eight UP police personnel (including DSP, SI and Constables) on mid night of 3rd July 2020. Santosh Shukla's brother, Manoj Shukla claimed that SP, BSP, BJP Leaders have managed safe escape for Vikas Dubey.
