Pakistani Authorities have claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav who has been sentenced to death by its military court has refused to file review petition of his case in Court. They claimed that he wants to appeal for mercy.
Indian authorities have told that it is proof of its reluctance to implement the order of the ICJ International Court of Justice. Indian Government has told in press conference on Wednesday that they will take all necessary measures for this case.
