In her filings, Berry accuses Martinez of undermining her parenting efforts and conspiring with two former employees to make false claims against her.

Berry alleges that Martinez collaborated with Erica Simamora, a former nanny, and Miryam Haziza, a longtime employee, to damage her custody case. Submitted court documents include texts between Berry and Miryam, revealing the depth of the tensions.

In one message, Berry questioned Miryam’s relationship with Erica, accusing Erica of dishonesty and vowing legal action:

“I will sue her ass OFF,” Berry wrote after expressing disbelief over Erica’s alleged lies.

Berry also claimed that Martinez involved Erica to interfere with Maceo’s therapy sessions. She stated in the filings:

“[Martinez] inexplicably persuaded [Erica] to contact [Maceo’s therapist] with the goal of interfering with Maceo’s therapeutic process.”

The texts highlight Berry’s frustration with Martinez’s alleged behavior, particularly in matters concerning Maceo’s education and growth. In another exchange with Miryam, Berry vented about Martinez’s motives:

“Olivier is just mad that I won the school battle… He’s trying to drag me to his level.”

Martinez has denied the accusations. His legal team intends to call Erica Simamora as a witness in the next court hearing, while Berry plans to cross-examine her.
